Who do I call if I want to make a claim?
Immediately after any incident, call the esure broker 24 hour Claims Helpline on 0345 603 0390* to progress your claim.

I am not sure whether it’s worth making a claim or not?
Even if you haven’t decided whether to make a claim or not, please call to notify us of your incident as this will allow us to protect your, your insurer’s, and our interests at an early stage. You may be entitled to a hire car, legal advice or one of the other Additional Services that you may have purchased could be of help. Do call us so that we can offer assistance to you at an early stage.

I have been involved in an incident but I don’t want to make a claim. Do I need to call you?
Even if don’t plan to make a claim - perhaps you are planning to pay for the damage yourself or deal directly with a third party involved – then please do call to notify us of your incident as this will allow us to protect your, your insurer’s, and our interests at an early stage. You may be entitled to a hire car, legal advice or one of the other Additional Services that you may have purchased could be of help. We can offer assistance to you at an early stage, even if you decide ultimately not to make a formal claim, so please call.
